Heavensward Pre-order Bonus Code Still Pending...

I pre-ordered the Heavensward CE for PS4 and have entered the pre-order code on the website for the bonuses, however I have yet to receive my bonus code. I thought maybe I deleted the e-mail but upon logging onto the pre-order website it said my code was still pending. Wondering if there is a problem with the code distribution, or if I need to wait just a bit longer?

I think we just need to wait. I have not received mine either.

would be nice if we could get an update on when they are sending these out
