PSN bug for ffxiv heavensward question

So like most ps4 users i'm locked out and for now going to deal with it and wait but. Id like any info on what ppl think about this or if it work now lets say Sony for some unknown reason can't fix this bug. Now if i paid for the SE of ARR do you think the bug be gone? i know when you put ARR in the ps cart the per order shows up under heavensward but still will not work but if i pay for ARR do you think it work? as this seems to be a store bug. Id rather not pay 30$ for ARR but i do want a back up plan lol ty.

I own ps3 digital version, upgraded to ps4 for free from promotion. According to psn I own ps3 version still, but not ps4. Hence not letting me get ps4 version of Heavensward. Says unavailable. Needs to be fixed asap. I know a lot of people having this issue.

I'd rather not, that could make things even worse. They already posted a message about this issue on the Lodestone which means a fix is definitely coming soon.
