Steam Heavenswards Pre-orders!

They have finally arrived to be pre-ordered, but one question... How do we redeem the early access? Will it come by email like the physical pre-order ones?

Right click the game, click view CD key and you should see the pre-purchase key. Log into the Mogstation, click on "your account" and there should be an option to redeem the early access key.

Not to ask a dumb question but:

Tried to redeem my Heavensward - Collectors Edition, got an error, tried to redeem my Pre-purchase bonus, was ok. Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to just wait till launch?

You need to wait until launch. Nobody but Steam users have those codes, likely because of how Steam works.
