Question about collectors edition

Do I get everything if I get the Digital collectors edition download for 59.99
As everything I mean flying mount, helm, minion and fantasia.

Or

is that only for the 129.00 dollar collectors edition

Physical CE would give you both physical CE items and digital ones.
Digital CE just gives you digital CE items. So yes, you would get the stuff you listed.

You get all the digital items except the dragon mount statue, art book, soundtrack and bluray disc in the physical CE.
