One of my friends, who I sent a recruitment code to, recently bought a 90 day subscription to FFXIV. In Mog Station, it lets me know that I have successfully recruited the friend and it is attached to my account. My friend just got the friendship circlet in her Mog Mail in the game... but my account doesn't have any rewards yet. When will I get the friendship circlet and 2-seater chocobo sent to my account for recruiting? When her 30 & 90 days are up or is there is problem somewhere?

Ahh, that must be it. She bought the 90 day sub from Mog Station. I was just wondering why she got the circlet already and I didn't. I guess mine won't come until she passes day 30 on her sub, since she didn't use a card. Thanks for the info!

Just in case you find out that your friend didn't use a game time card, I have another reason why you don't have your items yet.
A new account comes with 30 days free game time. So your friend may have entered their payment information but their card won't actually be charged or it wont take effect until :after: the free trial is over. So you will probably get your circlet in 30 days.
So I believe that if you want your rewards right away your friend could still pay using a game card instead OR if your friend is playing on PC through Steam, you can pay with credit card via Steam's wallet option and that will also count. (at least it did for me) -

I was with her when she renewed after the 30 day trial. I guess my circlet won't arrive until 30 days pass on her sub account. Thanks, again, for the info! If it doesn't arrive by then, I'll submit a ticket.

Do you delete the system mails that have reward items (pre-order, veteran, etc,) or are they still stored in your mailbox? The mailbox will only hold a limited number (20?) of system messages. If you have move than that, try deleting a few then re-logging.
If that's not the issue, then you might need to contact customer support. At the least, I would expect you to receive the circlet at the same time as your friend. The mount might take another two months, depending on how the subscription was paid. -
