Still no Pre-Order code from Amazon /panic

Has anyone else received their pre-order code from Amazon yet?

Now that we are into the month of release, I'm starting to get nervous =O

The release date still says the 23rd on the site, obviously, and there is no mention of early access codes anywhere.

Did you preorder it via 1-click?

Because you only receive a code when you pre-order it the normal way (Into the cart, and issue the order).

I can't recall where I read it, but I think Amazon isn't planning to begin sending out its codes until the 19th.

Well, there isn't any sort of order button. The only option is a Pre-order button which adds it to "My Orders"

Weird, I did it the classic way and I received the code shortly after, which then was put into SE's preorder page.

I suppose I should clarify my order was for the digital CE.


I wonder if this is the difference.
