Physical CE of Heavensward on waiting list?

Went to check out the physical collectors edition of Heavensward on the SE store today and saw that there's a wait list for the PS4 version. Has this been out of stock on their online store for a while now? And what are the chances they'll restock before early access?

I believe it has been out of stock for a bit now. Your best bet at this point is probably just to get the waiting list and hope some copies pop back up soon as they are going to begin charging for preorders today according to an email sent out.

Thanks. I ordered a long time ago when preorders were made available on day 1 but the SE store was so laggy and bad that day that my order never registered apparently. Gonna keep my fingers crossed :(
