unable to annul an eternal bond

Was told repeatable to post in in game bugs that my eternity ring is missing so I cannot annul an eternal bond. Both times I sent it I get told that it's not the right template to file the report. Checked the template and nothing in the template has anything to do with my ring being gone. Nobody seems to be able to help. Have spoken to gms. Spoken to SE support and they all tell me the same. Fill out a bug report. NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I am getting very frustrated because I cannot annul this stupid bond. This is my last resort. I am posting here with the hopes that some e can help if not then I don't think I will be playing anymore. It's crazy how many times I have been run around in circles. Please help.
