Best Dungeon Experiences
We get plenty of the tank is crap/noob healer/afk dps threads. Just curious as to what the best dungeon runs have been for you?
For me it was running Brayflox as a noob for the 2nd time. I was tanking and had 2 dps that were end gamers. Seeing me clearly struggling, they stopped, then took the time to teach me a lot more about the role and pointed me in the direction of some good resources. Now I am not a super tank, but I am a hell of a lot better for a few minutes of advice.
This is why I run Satasha around 7-10 times a week now, and do ll roulette daily.
I always tend to have the most fun in the earlier dungeons. Especially Haukke Manor NM, when you have a party that is picking up keys and opening doors while everyone else is downing the last mob of a pack.
Mind you, a party where everyone plays their role above and beyond and knows the instance inside out is like sweet sweet music!

Best dungeon runs for me while tanking have basically been every time I misstep in "old" content like Qarn or Cutter's Cry, and end up causing significant amounts of chaos, because the healer is good enough that it doesn't cost us much, and if it does everyone's chatty or friendly and we don't care. Just get up and fix it. XD

my best dungeon was pharos sirius pre-nerf with 3 random people. it was my first time in this dungeon, right after the patch they implemented it. i was whm, we made it to the last boss and the tank was explaining what i have to do. and then right after the fight started i had huuuuge lags xD i had no idea what was happening, just staying in the middle, spamming heals and hope nobody will die. and we made it oO i had no idea how, but we made it.
one day later i was in the same dungeon again, without lags, and there i realized how awesome the group from the day before was xD (we didn't made it btw)

Probably wod run when I got DC'd just as CoD died. One of the alliance's healers waited (!) for me to return, and only then exited the dungeon.
SV run where despite lagging and not having SC, I pretty much saved the last boss fight. That's where I fully felt that I've got some skills.

I remember getting sudden lags all over, rubberbanding and having a huge delay. I told I was gonna reboot and come back when I'm done, but told them they'd be free to kick me if I wasn't back in a bit. Well, stuff happened and for reason or another I couldn't get any connection for like 10 minutes. When I finally got back into the game, I was sure the party had kicked me, but nope. I was greeted with "Welcome backs :)" and we finished the dungeon smoothly afterwards.
It might've been because I was playing tank at the time, but I was still genuinely surprised. I guess it renewed my faith in the community a little, and I'm glad I still logged on to not make them wait any further. It was a nice party all-around too. :)

The best runs are always the runs that went smoothly and without a fuss.
Get in, kill stuff, get out.
That's how I roll.
