You should read the information before buying stuff, but in reality, you should be able to get early access no matter where you buy it (Pretty sure PSN has early access.)

No guarantees that it will be. We've all been very eagerly and now impatiently waiting for it. If it does come out on the PS store, it should grant you early access unless of course it doesn't hit the store until June 23.
