Looking for 3 Star Alchemist and Armorer

Hi Sargatanas folks.

I'm looking for a crafter who can craft the 3 star stuff. Specifically, I'm looking for a crafter than can do the Drachen Armor Augmentation (all seven pieces) in Alchemy and Dead Man's Chest for armorer.

I'm willing to tip but let's be honest here: With less than a month, this is mostly vanity and I rather not get gouged for tipping prices. I'd be willing to negociate a bulk tip for the items (I'm presuming that I will have two people contact me with 3 star and not one person for both. If one person DOES have both, it's your lucky day.)
