Unweathered items no longer obtainable?

Frequency: 100% reproducible.
World name: Gilgamesh
Character name: Tsukina Sasagiri
NPC name: Drake
Class/Level: BRD/50
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time:
Area and coordinates: North Shroud 30/20
Steps:
1. Walk up to Drake with a Weathered anything and the appropriate Sands/Oil of Time.
2. Attempt to trade the equip and the material for the Unweathered equivalent. (Gerolt's Masterworks DoW)
3. "Unable to complete transaction. You cannot carry more than one of the untradable item."
4. I do not have the Unweathered equivalent for any of the items I'm trying to trade for. This bug happens on every attempt, for every Weathered item in my inventory.
