Comment menu when right clicking player

Having a hard time remembering how you know someone in the game? I'd like the ability to input my own personal comment into a description window that lets me see information about a player that I've played with in the past. The window would allow a brief comment section where I could input, "This person was really helpful when learning..." or "This person said they were going to do one thing and did another"

I imagine the system would require me to select their name in the game or in party chat or search, and select "Enter Comment." Where I would be given a small number of characters to make my notes about the player. Currently we have black list, friends list and nothing in between. Anyone else interested in a system like this?

ffxi windower had a plugin to do this, was handy cause you could also comment why someone made your bl
surprised out of all the things they pulled from it, this was not one.

Ah yeah! That was really handy. Didn't it put a little colored dot next to their name so you knew you had input a comment?
