Bonus Fabric Banner with Heavensward at GameStop Question.

Hi, it says on the GameStop website that there is a fabric banner included, online customers have it shipped with the game, and in-store customers get it at time of purchasing game. So I payed the $40 and tax for my pre-order of the standard version of Heavensward for PS4 at a local GameStop near me. Should I have gotten the banner then, or am I supposed to get the banner when I pick up the game on the day of release?
Anyone else pre-order there game in-store at GameStop? Did you receive the banner already?

when i got ARR I got the banner the day i got my game from the store. I also had to ask for it because they ahd no idea about it

So it would probably be the same for the Heavensward expansion, and I'll get my banner on June 23rd the day the game/expansion pack is out?

You get it when you pick up the game. You may have to ask them too because sometimes GS employees forget the extras.
