One Time Password - Enhancement Request

I would like to see the part where you send a confirmation e-mail with a code that expires after 60 minutes to be adjusted. I have tried several times to activate the one time password but the e-mail comes too late and expires before I can use it. Please consider changing the code to expire 24 hours (as you only send 1 code every 24 hours) or after I verify my name, date of birth, challenge code and pat my head, to give the code on the website.

24 hours creates too much opportunity for malicious activity. Surprised it is out there for a full hour. I've seen a lot of systems time out in 15 minutes or less.

Would be better off addressing the issue of why there is an hour delay before you are getting the code. It should be near instantaneous delivery or at worst a few minutes. Perhaps there is an issue with the email system--be it theirs or yours?
