server kick multiple times a day

Hi,

I'm a pc user (windows 8) and every now and then I get the screen 'connection with the server was lost'. I understand this happens, but why does it take like 5 minutes before I can log in again. I always get the notification that I'm still logged in and that I should wait a few moments. It appears that only shutting down my pc and rebooting it might help the process going faster.

problem is.... if it happens in a dungeon and I don't return fast enough, I get kicked by the party (which is understandable), but being a dps it's always a long wait to get in, and rather frustrating to start over again (especially because it somehow always happens right before the endboss XD). If this happens a lot I should notify it (said the screen), so here you go ;) I don't mind getting kicked once in a while, but please let me crawl back faster XD

It's not that I'm lagging before and having no internet, it's fine. Not very fast, but ok :).
