PS4 Physical Collector's Edition retail question

So I can finally afford the physical Collector's Edition for PS4, but every place seems to be sold out. So I stumbled upon Best Buy and it says "Coming soon".

I'm confused...is that their way of saying it's sold out, or will Best Buy be getting the physical Collector's Edition soon? Does anyone know a place that I can still get it?

As far as we know, SE is the only place you can officially get the Physical Edition, and that's even sold out.

Maybe some retailers are able to get their hands on some, but most likely won't sell till closer to release date, if not, on that day.
