PS4 Collectors Digital?

On HW site it shows a heaveansward Collectors and a Bundle. Both are $59.99. On the SE store it only shows the bundle. Do you just buy the bundle?

EDIT: Just saw this "Early access is not available for pre-orders of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online bundle that contains both A Realm Reborn and Heavensward."

So what do PS4 people do for Digital Collectors Download?

It was released this past Tuesday in the Japanese PSN store.

Hopefully it will hit the other PSN shops soon!
