"Save Gear Set to Lodestone" for Raid Leaders

I would really like to see an option to let us see the progress of a player's gear when in a static-based raid structure or just to help a player out.

Players apply all the time to raid groups but if they are applying for their Dark Knight and constantly leveling their crafters in the meantime, Lodestone will only display the job they signed out under - which would be the crafter gear.

The technical problem at this point is that gear sets are saved locally to the drive, but if there was a specific set that people were allowed to watch for progress, it would be a vital tool to accept applicants knowing they don't have i48 gear.

It'd be nice if we could have 1-2 "Save Set to Lodestone" options.
