Blocked Account Problem please help

I came back from a trip and since I changed networks, The FFXIV login says my account is temporarily blocked and an email has been sent to me.

I go to my email and it is saying my email has been sending out spam and my email is blocked too. Now in order to get my email back I need Hotmail to send a code to a mobile phone and everytime I do, I do not recieve the code.

With Hotmail not sending me my code, I can't login to FFXIV.

My question is: Is there any other possible way to verify that it is my FFXIV account I am trying to login to.

You can call SE customer support. they should be able to see your personal data and if you can confirm it they will probably unblock your account or change your email. I strongly suggest you get a G-Mail acccount and virus scan your computer since if your email was sending spam and your game has been blocked it is likely your computer has been compromised.

Go to hotmail, set the domain @account.square-enix.com as not spam.

Then go to lodestone, chick at "log in" and then at "forgot my password" button. With your security answer you can request a password change there...i believe that once they confirmed the security answer to be correct they will mail you the password change link.

Azu has sound advice, every bit of it. Personally, I've been using Windows Security Essentials (free virus protection from MS) and, say what you want about Windows, but MS does a good job keeping their products running if you don't accidentally screw them up yourself. I forgot viruses even existed for a while, there.

About a year ago my old computer was compromised and I got a G-Mail account right after hotmail was giving me trouble.
Got a new computer since so I am virus free. I just never changed my email for my FFXIV account. Now that I think about it... There are probably many things I cannot log into right now :( Like my xbox account on the website >< And I actually called them a while ago and Xbox had said it is impossible to change my email with them....
