System error -2146697208

99% of the time, when I attempt to launch the game I am met with this horrible message;

A system error has occurred: -2146697208.

I can get onto the game but very rarely, it takes maybe 45minutes of loading the launcher repeatedly just to log in, once I log in there's no issues but it's just this stage that I have major problems with, is there any way to fix this?

In case anyone else has this issue, I've been trying to figure it out for a few days, never bothered to check my antivirus, disabled Avast and AVG, it asked if I wanted to allow the connection (twice) and now it works. :o Can't believe I found it so soon after making the post.
