Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 4, the cutscene with Louisoix isn't in the the journey

Area and coordinates: Inn room
Steps:
1. We beat the Second Coil of Bahamut turn 4 seconds before the maintenance hit on the 20th
2. The servers went down
3. When I logged in the cutscene with louisiox did not play, nor was it put into my Unending Journey.

I realize this is likely our own fault, and if it's unfixable I understand. But I would really like to be able to watch that cutscene with my character.
