Ability Cooldown Numbers

Is it possible to get the cooldown numbers (that display in an ability's tooltip) to show over the action bar?

That would be grate , i hope to see it in the game .

Seriously, it's a feature that already seems to be partially implemented, I just want to see the number on my bars.

This is something I would really like to see. Some buffs like Raging Strikes are hard to see when its up again because of the colour of the icon. Would reduce alot of the button smashing and make it easier to choose if you should delay some skills.
