Launcher Not Fully Loading

Hi!

Yesterday I started having some issues when booting-up my game. The log-in area does not load, making it impossible for me to start playing. I went as far as deleting the game off my console (PS4) and redownloading it from the PSN, but it's still a no-go after re-installing.

After a few minutes I get some red text in its place instead of straight black (excuse poor photo):

Someone I know found a similar thread on gamefaqs here, but being that I'm not on PC I cannot use their fix.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Cheers.
