Dealing with abuse of vote kicking

The problem: Kicking players for a non- valid reason

While this isn't normally something that happens too- too often, it is still incredibly infuriating when you do run in to these situations. Players that sometimes complain about how someone(s) do certain dungeons and then get their friends or guild mates to vote yes on a removal for an instance. Anything you may say back to them, especially when pointing out how silly and childish they may be for doing this sort of thing, is liable to reward you to be kicked in return. This doesn't really support how the FF14 community should be. The message comes across as if you don't conform or appeal to someone's ideals, you will be actively removed from things in the game.

Possible solution: See who initiates

As it currently stands, you cannot see who actively places a vote dismiss on you. Actually, I don't think you see a vote dismiss at all if it's on you, so you have no idea until you are removed for the instance. While this was probably done to allow those who use vote removal to be protected from toxic players, it allows toxic players to remove rule- abiding players without punishment. Again, because you cannot see who initiates it, you cannot even report them for the abuse afterwards.
