no mp use is for dps stance.
It works similar to shield oath most likely in that you take less damage (and probably deal less dps.) Being that they said switching between the two stances would be a part of the deal, having both use up mp probably wouldn't be a good idea.
Thx oh I get it. Grit increases defense / less dmg - uses to. Dark shroud- consumes mp like the traditional dark knight consumes hp to deal damage./ combos increase mp.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Grit ends up causing you to regen MP when you take damage.
While possible, they said that you would have multiple skills that could regen your mp in the dps stance, which being that you can't get mp normally/from other sources (like Mage Ballad), means you need to be consider how exactly you are attacking. The tank stance could be a way to regain it faster, but we'll see.
Sounds like I found a use for Hi-ethers... Also, all tank stances decrease your damage. What I wonder is how much with the dps stances (Deliverance for WAR, Dark Aura or w/e its called for DRK) will increase your dps. While I'm hoping Deliverance acts opposite to Defiance, +25% atk increase, I doubt it would be that since it would make this tank too op but anything is possible.
It sounds like Deliverance is just a method to build stacks to utilize offensive oriented attacks so I suspect the stance itself won't provide an attack bonus. But maybe one ability that will use stacks will be a short lived Fight or Flight type buff which would be interesting.
Seems weird if i getting this right, when you tanking and you switch to dark knight dps stance don't you risk losing your aggro like you would for paladin atm?
or is this the play it safe tank most paladins have been doing?
