About us

We are a mid sized free company with a friendly attitude and players of all ages from new players to experienced players enjoying the game at a social standard, it was formed in early 2015 as a social and casual free company and are now looking for a static team to contribute too progress and other aspects of the game.
We are currently in the process of starting fresh players looking for a shot at new content, old content before 3.0, also moving into 3.0 as a team, including clearing the extremes/ coils as much as possibe.l

recruitment criteria and jobs we require.

As a whole we are looking for someone who is going to contribute to not only the static team but to helping others outside and inside of the free company with a friendly and positive attitude, not logging only for the duties we do and then never seeing you again.
At the moment we are currently in need of main jobs such as;
BRD
WAR
PLD
DRG

We are also looking for you to be flexible with your job classes, and to adapt to your other job classes when necessary, it's not a necessity but would be more beneficial.

our criteria is as follows

know your class
As a whole you need to be pulling the optimum dps rotations cooldowns when needed
bring a positive attitude to the team
Allow time for mistakes and wipes because as a whole we need to be able to contribute all together

know the fight
If it is not a fight which is recently released then there is guides which you can watch to figure out how you are going to adapt to a certain fight, you need to be willing to put the time an effort in to watching the fights and learning as much as you can as well as contribute to new fights which we don't know much about such as ideas.

Elitism can be a big problem in the raiding community and as a resort don't want this happening in my team, understandable things can be stressful after having over 100 wipes on one fight. But it only makes things worse shouting a others, it's nice to give gestures and that is what we want from you, helpful and friendly attitude is what the fc is looking for.

Quick QUITTERS
a lot of people don't give chance to improve as we have to learn each others capabilities to be able to progress. If you can turn up accept wipes until we progress.

We also need to know if you won't turn up to a raid on a certain day before hand so we can replace for that day.
