Is it me or SE just forgot that whm is suppose to have a "water" line of spells? So far only Fluid Aura is the one and only water spells. I was really hoping for more water type spells instead of more powerfull stone/aero ones.

Only some of the new skills were shown, not all apparently. o:
Curative spells are water-based, in lore.
Iirc, cure was considered a water spell and not a "light" spell. Unfortunately I'm not recalling where I got that info, could be from another player's speculation... ;(

No they're not.
I don't know where this comes from but they're not. Esuna is, but cures have a green aura which makes them wind spells.
(Cast the spells in game, Stone has a yellow aura, so do protect and stoneskin. Aero has a green aura, so does cure and cure2. Fluid Aura, while insta-cast does have a blue "gathering" effect around the caster, and Esuna has a blue aura when you cast it.)
If you look closely at the "aura" while casting certain spells, you'll know which elements they represents
Cure = wind (green aura)
Esuna = water (blue aura)
Now that people figure out that cures are wind base and not water nor light base, where are ours other water base spells? I was really looking foward to new skills and abilities that were water base since they are lacking so much. AoE pure dmg or more utility like binds paralyze and such.
They did mention WHM picking up DoTs separate from the Aero line, maybe they'll be water thingers.
