3102 Error, am I just stuck?

Hi there.

I frequently play on my work computer during my lunch break, and for the second time when I've tried to log in from home I receive the 3102 (already logged on) error.

I've submitted a ticket both times, but sadly I'm a couple hours too late for live chat support to kick my account.

Is there any resolution to be able to force kick my own account? In most games I've played if there's a duplicate login your character is kicked and usually there's a security check to get back in.

Otherwise, is it just on me to make sure I'm logged out before I leave the office? I'll make a sticky note or something I guess, but it kinda sucks to lose out on prime gaming time =/
