Looking for static/raid LS

Hi All! I am looking for a raid group/raiding LS on Jenova for clearing and farming content in the Fcob. Currently on T12 (much to my chagrin). I am comfortable with tanking, nin, and barding all of the coils. Havent healed past T10, but I am skilled in all jobs.

What I would like most to find is a friendly LS or group who is already established and capable.

Yeah! Sorry I am an office drone with a 9am-5pm EST work schedule. I can do weekends but not weekdays.
