A question about the comming EU-servers in europe

Since the London Fanfest we have heard nothing about this, with zero info this close to the expansion I fear that they will come later, how late I have no idea. So the question is, when will they be here? When will I be able to play with less lag?

If the servers are not in place when the expansion arrives I fear that returning players that left because of the lag will leave again, not that much to do about that even if it will hurt the european player base... I mean if you left because of the lag why would you stick around if the game still lags?

Before my next point I have to say that I do not progressraid, however I can understand this point. If the servers are introduced in the middle of a raid progress, when all the progress guilds are competing for world first then even one more day with downtime for the european groups will be rather unfair, it will anger more then a few. For this there is a rather easy solution, just shut down all the servers or the raid during this time.

I am not asking for an exact date here, I am asking for some kind of info, what time of the year or whatever really.
