Question about preorder bonuses

Hey guys, quick question about preorder bonus for Heavensward. Did mine on mognet the other day and it says the items are now registered to my account.

question is. do we not actually get these until Heavensward is out? thought the preorder items might be bonuses now but my mail moogle has nothing for me.

I believe we should get them either during early access or on release, but it will most likely be during early access.

I have read that we will get them 23rd but I cannot find the source now..

I forget where it's stated, likely when you pre-order and probably on a few other pages giving information about pre-ordering, but it definitely said that bonus items would be delivered on the release date. The only early access bonus we get is early access itself. The others we get at the official release (same situation as happened with ARR).
