Alright guys so from about december to march i didnt play ffxiv at all. Now that ive come back I have noticed my screen is constantly flickering going in and out of saying (not responding). Im stuck and have no idea what to do.
-Drivers are up to date
-Connection to internet is fine
Could it be my monitor? im running a hp 2009m
Plz guys i really need a fix to this, i can barely play the game!
Check your signal cables out. I've seen a lot of times one wasn't screwed on tight enough and over time it somehow managed to wiggle it's way just loose enough to loose a good connection with some of the pins. Hopefully it is that simple a solution.
It not the cables this can be caused by the video drivers over heating I have gone through several video drivers already since I always tend to over clock my pc playing games so I would say check the cards and the power supply that is another reason why it can be flickering not enough mhz getting to it in the last 2 years i went through 2 power supplys and 3 video cards since i normally leave my computer on all the time or play game on extreme settings along with streaming game content over twitch.
