Confirmation on previous bug report, "Pet takes damage when it shouldn't"

So I made a previous bug report regarding my pet taking damage in, The Labyrinth of the Ancients, here is the post

Anyway the post was moved to the acting normally section, which made me think the issue was maybe a one time event. But when I went back into the raid, again, my fairy was taking damage from the poison puddles. Why would they take damage from a ground AoE, since in a "recent" patch that mechanic was removed. They still don't take damage from the electric floor in the behemoth fight, so why in that one?

Also I tried to add this to my original post, but it wouldn't work. And not knowing where else this question should go I posted it here. I hope a developer will be able to answer this question.
