My private chambers have vanished

I tried to contact a GM in game, but I was directed to these forums. I am currently in a FC and I had purchased private chambers. I went to go into my room yesterday and I was presented with an option to purchase a room. I had already bought a room months ago. This has to be a bug because I cannot think of a reason why my room would be gone.

- I was not discharged from my FC
- My FC did not change houses
- All my stuff was on the Resident Caretaker - but my room is gone.
- I am still in the FC and our FC leader can confirm that I was never discharged/reinvited.
