Static looking for a skilled WAR for Heavensward [Phoenix EU]

Hello there! Our linkshell static is looking for a skilled warrior to complete our roster. We have every coil on farm (except savages, which we are trying to progress through right now). At the moment we are progressing through savage T6 and doing alt class runs of FCoB for fun. Due to real life circumstances, our current warrior is retiring and will not be playing in Heavensward.

What we are looking for? A warrior (obviously!), who is confident and knows how to tank completely, capable of dealing good dps, and are looking for a solid raid group to progress in Heavensward. A quick learner who is capable of adapting to new mechanics fast and does their own research.

Our raiding schedule is very flexible, we are planning to raid around 3-5 times a week 2-4 hours at a time, usually starting around 7-8 PM GMT +0. This changes every week depending on what suits everyone best. We use Mumble as a way of communication, so it's mandatory. Talking is not necessary, but we need you there to hear what's going on. We speak English so good knowledge of English language is needed.

We are essentially looking for a new family member, who's willing to commit themselves to the static long term for Heavensward progression and after. Our static is very tight-knit and we enjoy each other's company even outside of raiding - daily roulettes, weekly quests, whatever. As a group we tend to joke around a lot and have a laugh so overly serious people wouldn't really fit in with us :D Although we are essentially a linkshell static, joining our FC is a possibility too (6/7 members are currently in the same FC) but definitely not mandatory.
