Sphere Scroll infusion bug

Steps:
I obtained another sphere scroll:stardust rod to respec my stardust rod nexus.
I removed 9 acc and my other stats were 43 spell speed and 23 det.
I infused a quicktongue materia iv but failed and the scroll showed 42/44 spell speed.
I infused again (as the infusion showed 43/44) and succeeded but it still showed 43/44.
I proceeded to infuse 7 det materia and the same problem happened. Now my sphere scroll shows 29/31 det on the side but when infusing shows 30/31 with 60% chance.
So basically I should have 44/44 spell speed and 30/31 det but this bug lost me 2 materia.
