Can't Create Character

Hi all i have been trying to create a character on Tonberry for the last couple of days but every time i check the server to create it it will not let me? is there like a certain time here in Australia that i should be looking at to create a character on my free trial account? Or am i just doing something wrong? Thanks for any helpful info as i cant seem to find anything in the forums myself.

Tonberry is a very populated server so I believe they have restrictions on character creation. I do believe there is a window for it though since I do see new players on the server relatively frequently. I'm afraid I don't know when that window is though.

Early weekday mornings. Usually from 3am. Can last to 12pm on some days. This is +8gmt.
