I've just tried to log on to my game, and out of the blue this message has appeared upon loading it.
'Cannot launch Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please register the promotion code included with your package or download. A re-install will not be necessary.'
Keep in mind I've been playing FFXIV on my PS3 for about 8 months now.... So I have no clue as to why this is appearing now. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

Looks like PSN still having issues...some have posted issues redeeming codes and launching games the past week or so. Last night there was chatter about another Lizard Squad attack going on. Could simply be issues with Sony not getting traffic in/out reliably because of the SYN flood attacks. Not much SE can do about that...more a Sony problem.
One thing you may want to do though is verify the status of your SE account. Who knows...your sub may not have renewed properly. Wouldn't be the first time they gave us the wrong error message.
