Question on getting both PC and PS4 versions

I pre-orderd the digital collectors edition on PC and the normal version for PS4. I have entered my code for early access on PC, will I have to do the same to play early access on PS4 as well? or will it carry over? I know I wont get the pre-order items twice, just wanted to know if I need to do both or not, Thanks!

This sounds like a question for SE themselves. Technically, you SHOULD only get early access for the PC version if you only enter that code

I'm like 1000% sure it's only for the PC since I believe it states it in the Mog Station.
