Melancholy Mogfork still drop in the game?

Want a Melancholy Mogfork for glamour.
Finished Moggle HM around 60 times (Yes I am serious around 60 times). Starting from last Sunday.
Never ever see this Fork drop. Saw all other weapons but this.
I know this game is all about RNG but 60 times and did not drop? Very suspicious.
Can someone check possible a bug or they forgot to put this weapon back?
Or someone can confirm they see this Fork dropped few days ago.

Hmm may be is my badbad luck. 70times T10 and never see the slaying neck drop too.

Yes, it still drops. You are just unlucky.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad drop rate, but I'm sure its no bug. The RNG isn't designed to distribute gear equally, but instead is designed to distribute gear randomly. In true random, there will be gaps and clusters. There's a great gif about it Here. You're just hitting a gap where the Mogfork hasn't dropped, but there will be other players who are seeing nothing but Mogforks, and still others that are getting an pretty even drop rate for all the weapons.
