PLD Looking for a Static and/or FC

Hey there reader! First off, a VERY short version:
Skilled tank player here with an item level 120 (and rising) Paladin looking for a static and/or FC to do Turn 9 and FCOB with, as well as raiding in general with Heavensward progression keenly in mind.

If the inconvenience of Turn 9 did not turn you down, do read on!

About me:
I am a 28 year old social fellow with gaming keenly in heart! Been playing games as long as I can remember, with classics like Ultima Online etc., before I moved to MMO scene with WoW. I used to play WoW in its early stages, raided on a decently high level in TBC as well as WOTLK. I also have played Rift and tackled with some others. WoW I left behind after the end of Cataclysm, some while later got introduced to FFXIV. Also been playing League of Legends for extensive amount of time as well as hack´n´slash RPGs.

In all my MMO times I have played out all roles in raiding, most extensively tank and come to the conclusion I am a tank at heart, with a healer bend! I am a tactical player and tanking is really my venue of interest. :) I also got vast raid-leading experience and I do not fear to take the initiative if need be.

Like mentioned, I am a social fellow who does not fear to talk out and does not tackle away from challenge. I love to figure out things, go "blind" into instances, "learn the hard way" and so on. I do not fear wiping, nor do I dislike wiping. Wiping tells something is wrong and needs to be fixed. :) I love to discuss the mechanics of the game as well as mechanics of classes etc.. Not a huge theorycrafter but a little, a little...
I am a type of min-max player, I love to make and take the most out of my character/the game, whatever it is I do. I like to figure out gearing strategies as well as fix stats on whatever the needed situation. Unfortunately FFXIV offers pretty limited possibilities for that as of now, but fingers crossed for fixes in the future! Though that is subject of a different thread.

For the last years I have not done extensive progress raiding but would greatly desire so. In my FFXIV time I have been in and out of the game due to RL reasons a few times so could not partake "cutting edge" and have mostly played and raided with friends with relaxed and slow pace. As of now I want to go back to more serious raiding, especially with Heavensward right around the corner! Beginning from downing Turn 9 as that one lingers still on the "to-do list". Late to the party, wheeee!

I got a pretty established RL situation at the moment. I work in shifts, in general available for raiding from 7-8pm ST onwards most of the days, guaranteed, and some days a lot earlier.

So what am I looking for?
I am looking for a static or FC to do raiding with, beginning from downing Turn 9 and moving on to FCOB. And no I do not wish to be carried, I do pull my own weight and a lot more ;) Of course I also seek to establish ground for Heavensward raiding.
I am looking for a mature atmosphere with progress oriented bend (and oh boy if we can discuss mechanics! :p). If the atmosphere is relaxed to top it off, golden.

Some details
I am extremely fluent in English, both spoken and written.
I am very familiar with the most common Voice-Comms, having used them extensively over the years (Mumble, Teamspeak, Ventrilo).

I also got both a WHM as well as a BRD specs, gearing up in good pace.
