Exactly the same. They've added it to the store, but you can't yet purchase/preorder it (and there's no visible pricing). So basically what you're seeing is what everyone is seeing, don't worry.
They'll add it before release and SE confirmed Steam people would be able to play early access from 19th too so shouldn't be any problems.
