Relic quest vanished

Yesterday I leveled up my Dragoon to 50. So I decided to do the quest 'A Relic Reborn (Gae Bolg)' in order to get the relic weapon. First of all I must say that I have almost all classes at 50 (all except Monk and Ninja), and all with its relic weapon, so I know how to do in this quest. I did Chimera, and after that I had to get the Amdapor Glyph from 'Amdapor Keep' dungeon and take it to Rowena. When I finished the Amdapor Keep, and I exit the dungeon, the quest had vanished from my journal. Nothing to do. There was no 'A Relic Reborn (Gae Bolg)' quest. I crafted the 'Champion's Lance' item by my own, cause I had Spruce Lumber and Bloody Lance Head (yes, I also have all disciples, Hand and Land, at 50). I just bought 2 materias to meld the weapon with them, as the quest requested. When the quest dissapaired from my journal, I had to do it again (succesfully), and I had to buy the weapon in the Market Board, with a total cost of 73.000 gils. I didn't have any other Bloody Lance Head. So I post here cause I want moderators to know that there's still a glitch/bug/whatever with that quest, and I would like to have my 73.000 gils back, an outlay that I never should have had
