Mount music volume

First off, I would like to say thank you for adding the new pony music. It is an appreciated change -- one of those small touches that make this game great.

Anyway, this may be working as intended, and if so I would like to request a checkbox that disables the following feature:

Currently, not moving causes the volume of the mount music to get very quiet.

This can be really annoying since often I'll often use a mount when I'm alt-tabbed to listen to the music, but can barely hear it when I'm not moving.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Begin riding any mount
2. Run forward for a few seconds
3. Stop moving

As you can see, the mount music becomes very quiet when not moving.

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully you will consider adding a checkbox to disable it!

PS: Can we let the Kirin mount have Ultima's theme? :D
