Eternal Bonding issues

I have been with a girl on here for about a month, and we decided to get married. I knew previously that she had already gotten married, but I was not aware that they had to divorce for us to get married. She basically said that he was being a jerk to her about some stuff and switched servers. He recently came back to the Lamia server, but still refuses to divorce. He is only staying married to keep her from getting married to anyone else and isn't even interested in her. Should we not be able to get married because he's being a jerk about the whole thing, or is there any way around this? It seems like a divorce shouldn't have to be consensual to begin with anyways , but that's just my opinion. Also, I'm hiring a divorce lawyer if any are interested xD
