Missing title/achievement

Another poster claimed to have the same issue resolved by posting it here. I've already tried to have it fixed in-game via the method detailed in the missing 1.0 achievement sticky thread.

I am missing titles relating to Aleport Hamlet from 1.0. In particular, "Inquisitor" from the Patricide achievement, but also "A Kobold's Worst Nightmare" from the "First Blood: Aleport" achievement.

Trying to have it fixed via a GM support call resulted in two of the exact same canned response telling me they could not verify my achievements. I had these titles not only in 1.0, but during 2.0. They transferred over properly but disappeared during one of the early content patches.
