Joke Hotfixes for 3.0

We all know there's going to be issues and glitches for 3.0 when it's released, why not make a few up for some laughs?

Here's some examples:

Hotfix:
- Fixed a glitch where flying mounts disappear inside mountains and make the player stuck.

Known issues to be addressed:
- The Dark Knight skill "Darkness" causes the screen to turn black
- An issue where an Astrologian cannot cast certain Star based skills while its cloudy

Patch Notes:
"The Machinist must have "Bullets" available to use its skills while fighting."
*An NPC that sells bullets is planned to be released in 3.1. Please look forward to it.

Thank god we won't have to really worry about this unless they reintroduce ARC/BRD arrows... and add back that 0 we lost in 1.0>2.0 conversion...

An issue wherein beneficial status effects given from Astrologian abilities overwrite the effects of other class/job abilities such as Shroud of Saints, Aetherflow, Hallowed Ground, and Holmgang

"An unexpected amount of server traffic has caused the NA/EU datacenters to become unstable, we will be performing a 25 hour maintenance to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience."

During early access.

I'm actually surprised there isn't an "off-hand" "ammo-type", even if the ammo was still unlimited (I think ammo makes sense in a MMORPG, but the mechanic is often so clumsy that it slows down runs, from having to reload or change ammo.) Could have effects like Slow, Poison, Silence or Heavy added to the regular ammo damage, or just add one of the six elemental damage types (eg like the buffs the beast tribes have) where as long as the Bard or Mechanist is firing, the buff is active.

Jokey patch notes:
- Fixed an issue where players were able to obtain Dark Knight with only a DPS class (Due to Astrologian can use SCH which derives from DPS ACN)
- Atma, Animus, Novus, Nexus, Zodiac Braves, Zodiac Zeta Relic weapons can now be traded-in for new Omega Relic's. New players starting A Relic Reborn can trade in their Relic weapons for the Omega Relic once 7th Astral Era Quests are complete.
- All level 50 ilevel 60-130 equipment non-relic equipment can be purchased from the Ironworks merchant located on the floating continent using new Tomes of Legacy.
- In an effort to reduce account takeovers, all players with the Heavensward expansion pack will now be required to use an login Authenticator on their SquareEnix account. Players with a Trial account in the A Real Reborn area will not be required to use an Authenticator.

Hotfix:
An issue wherein Bards could shoot arrows infinitely, without replenishing their supply has been fixed.

Patchnotes:
The item ARROW has been added to the game. Arrows do not stack, and cost 1000 gil each.
