FC Iconoclasm <Eikon> LF progression focused members for HW and on!

Eikon is looking for skilled, progression focused players to round out a couple statics, or to form new statics if needed. We are currently looking for skilled and committed team players who are quick to adapt and willing to improve their game. Some raiding experience is preferred, but we value the player as a whole. We do not discriminate between race, sex/sexual preference, or religion, and require adult level maturity in that respect (our jokes are typically not for children...sorry tweens).

Our focus is progression through the newest content while its viable. Our FC holds multiple server first kills (T5, T6, Sav 8, Sav 9, and first FC clear of T13 (credit to the PF group for server first)), and a few of the primals. We have many experienced players to pool strategies and tips for improvement. We are also a close knit, social FC and strive to have a respectful and fun community, both inside our FC and those we interact with on Lamia.

Please note that while we do require a certain level of skill to join, being knowledgeable about your job and willing to adapt is more important than gear level or current progression. Also note that we will not carry you through stuff, but will assist if we have free time. Personal drive to complete content is important to us.

Dragoon/Monk main with zeta fully crit/det melded on both. T13 cleared pre-echo with lost static. Previously raided on WoW as a DPS for juggernaut/vigil on Mal'ganis server first kills. Also raided with Hornet on FF11 all content cleared. Professional League of Legends player for complexity gaming for 2 years.

I am a 60 Astrologist LF an elite/hardcore group that aims for 110% perfection. I have 10+ years of MMO raiding & analysis/strategist/assistant lead, most of that time was in WoW. Biggest dislike is repeating mistakes of mechanics / lack of communication / people unwilling to do research ahead of time. Some top qualities of myself are extremely goal oriented and efficient, analytical, tactical/strategic, organized and aim for perfection. Time is a limited resource and there should be a value above 0 when calculating the ROI (return on investment) of time spent on on raiding and the results or it is not efficient.

-Voice communications used by all members
-Advanced research of content/material
-Very serious during raid times
-Strong leadership of group or willing to have me help
-Push to be among top in server (doesn't have to be #1 exactly)
