just give us a little info to hold us over please, like a dev post on which classes will get which jobs perhaps.

I imagine they'd have to do this when they start asking for input on the upcoming skill changes, else we'd be the blind leading the blind. . .

well in the yoshis letter (10 i think) from pre 1.18 he stated the job system was in the works and would soon be ready for release, so im assuming they at least have all the job name ready if nothing else.

i know tons of people will be like, well get it when we get, sorry im not as patient.

Honestly, I would like to end the debates of what class is getting what job. Closest thing we have in an interview in a magazine that was in Japanese. Little clarity would be nice so we can level the classes that fit the jobs we want to play.

exactly, just sick of the speculation.

I think it's about time SE gave more details on the upcoming job system too. We know it is still 3 patches away, but unless they've not done anything with it, they should have more info to offer on it by now. Don't tell me you been slackin SE...

i remember reading somewhere long ago, that they planned to release a full explanation of what they have planned for the job system as far as skills, what is not allowed etc, with this patch, although it would nt be implemented until later, because they wanted feedback on it before it was implemented. But i have heard no mention of it for a long time, so maybe i was mistaken, or they changed their minds.

I thought that was for the skill redistribution, separate from the actual job system. . .
